Frame Tents/Pole Tents
Frame tents and pole tents are more complex in there design and therefore must be setup by 82 Rents. Rental price includes the cost of setup and teardown. Frame tents are essentially a free standing framework allowing them to be setup on pavement and somewhat flexible with anchoring guide ropes.

Canopy Tents
Because of the design canopies must be set up in grass or gravel. They are homeowner friendly and can be picked up and set up by the customer. If elected to be set up by 82 Rents staff an additional fee will be charged for setup – including teardown (delivery is extra). Please make sure to accommodate the additional spacing for guy ropes and stakes when measuring your layout. ( about 5’ all the way around)
Canopy Setup prices
- 20×20 – $125 additional to setup/teardown
- 20×30 – $150 additional to setup/teardown
- 20×40 – $175 additional to setup/teardown
